Dunstan Tap & Table was conceived as a neighborhood destination that combines elevated pub food with a relaxed, approachable atmosphere. The signage and graphics for the opening were developed to establish a strong identity from the street while extending that character throughout the interior in a cohesive and intentional way.
Bailey Sign delivered a complete signage and graphics package that included exterior identification, interior graphics, hanging signage, window graphics, and ADA compliant signage. The exterior centerpiece is a custom fabricated rusted steel sign with cut letterforms, illuminated by carefully positioned exterior lighting. Rather than relying on internal illumination, the sign uses shadow and contrast to create depth and legibility, reinforcing the tactile, handcrafted character of the brand and the building itself.
Interior wall graphics and hanging signage were designed to complement the exterior identity while supporting orientation and atmosphere inside the space. Window graphics provide visibility and branding without obstructing natural light, helping balance openness with presence. ADA signage was integrated into the system to meet accessibility requirements while remaining visually consistent with the overall design language.
Fabrication decisions emphasized material authenticity, durability, and finish quality appropriate for a high traffic restaurant environment. The resulting signage system establishes a clear and recognizable identity, supports the dining experience, and contributes to a cohesive environment that feels grounded, welcoming, and purpose built from the moment of arrival.
