AURA, is a truly unique venue unlike anything else in the northeast! Located in the center of downtown Portland, Maine, AURA brings people together for entertainment and gatherings unlike anywhere else.
Owned by three visionary sisters all along the way, AURA is not only a home for spectacular concerts and comedy performances, It’s also a multi-purpose venue lively with catered events, benefits, business gatherings, holiday parties and many other exciting happenings.
Aura came to Bailey Sign to create signs for their beautiful new building and were thrilled with the results.

Overview
The owners of Aura came to Bailey Sign with a tight deadline and a handful of architectural drawings. They needed signs to be made from very specific materials and unique construction techniques to compliment their new building.
Along with typical face lit and halo lit lettering, were four self-contained building signs that featured Alucobond faces that matched the buildings exterior. The signs had jigged out lettering and LED lighting around the edges creating a beautiful halo effect. All of the signs had multi-colored LED’s allowing the club to change out the look of the signs via their computer system.
We were able to complete all of the signs and have them installed before opening night!
