Summary
Streetside is the latest expansion of the Settlers Green Brand in North Conway, New Hampshire. The $15 million expansion project broke ground in 2017 and like the rest of the Settlers Green properties, all of the store buildings are connected by pedestrian courtyard areas allowing people to wander from shop to shop in a village like atmosphere.
Since Bailey Sign had designed and built signs for the original Settlers Green, we were their pick to create this featured sign.

The Streetside project was not only a large sign, but one that required special consideration for lighting. The town does not allow internally illuminated signs and the customer wanted that effect. We floated the stores flower petal logo and lettering, mounted LED lighting within those components and had the desired lighting effect all within the town’s building code.
Due to the size of the sign, we sent multiple crane trucks from our fleet and were able to complete the install in a single morning!
